Who are Ça Va London?
Ça Va London is part of the streetwear and skateboard community. Our aim is to provide high quality products that are super comfortable for those that want to look fashionable whilst living an active lifestyle.
Is your checkout safe?
Yes it is 200% safe! Cavalondon.com is SSL secured and PCI compliant. All transactions are processed through the highly secure Stripe payment gateway.
How long is delivery?
Standard UK deliveries typically take 3-5 working days. Next day delivery items will only be delivered by the next working day if orders are placed by 2pm on a weekday. Internationally shipped items can take anything from 5–20 working days depending on your location. In most cases this does not exceed 10 working days. Please note that due to the ongoing global Pandemic delays should be expected. Next day deliveries can therefore not be guaranteed. If you have paid for next day delivery and do not receive your order by the following working day, we will charge you for the cost of regular delivery and reimburse the additional delivery cost for the premium service.
What's your returns policy?
We have a 14 day returns policy. If for any reason you wish to return any of your items please contact us in order to arrange a return. Please note that unless the item is faulty, we are unable to offer refunds on any items that were purchased from our Sale. We will however offer a voucher matching the value of your returned Sale items if returned within 14 days. All items should be returned in a resalable condition with all tags attached and should be free from any odour or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren't met.
I want to return my item what should I do?
If for any reason you wish to return items, please email customer@cavalondon.com to arrange a return. Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. Therefore the return postage cost is your responsibility and we will only pay towards the cost if an item was returned due to it arriving in a faulty or damaged condition and did not meet the customers standards.
Where is your store located?
We currently only have an online presence with a modest warehouse based in Central London. You can also find a limited number of items at Wolf & Badger. We will also be launching our products at a number of skate shops by the end of 2020.
I have a complaint; who do I contact?
We hope it would never come to this, but if for any reason you have a complaint, please use the contact us form on the website to raise your concerns. Alternatively, you can email us at customer@cavalondon.com
