Is your checkout safe?

Cavalondon.com is SSL secured and PCI compliant. All transactions are processed through the highly secure Stripe payment gateway. We also accept PayPal and Klarna as well as well as both Google and Apple Pay. 

How long is delivery?

Standard UK deliveries typically take 3-5 working days. Next day delivery items will only be delivered by the next working day if orders are placed by 1pm on a weekday. Internationally shipped items can take anything from 5–20 working days depending on your location. In most cases this does not exceed 10 working days. If you have paid for next day delivery and do not receive your order by the following working day, we will charge you for the cost of a standard delivery service and reimburse the additional delivery cost for the premium service.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 21 day returns policy. If for any reason you wish to return any of your items, please contact returns@cavalondon.com in order to arrange a return. Please see our full returns policy and instructions here.

Where is your store located?

We currently only have an online presence. We will be launching our products at a number of stores both nationally and internationally in mid 2026. 

What is meant by 'Premium Line’ displayed under some products? 

This means that the particular garment has been manufactured to very high standards using the best fabric and the highest craftsmanship possible. These products are usually manufactured in small batches in order to maintain the highest possible quality. 

I have a complaint, who do I contact?
