Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may initiate a return within 21 days from the date you received your order for a full refund or exchange. To arrange a return, please follow 'View Your Order' link in your email and select 'Request Return' located at the very top of the page. If you have any issues accessing the page, you may email returns@cavalondon.com providing your order number, shipping address and stating whether you would like a full refund or an alternative size in the email. Providing this information in your email is crucial for us to process a refund and any error or missing information will lead to a delay in issuing a refund or an exchange.

Once this information has been received, a returns label will be provided via email and SMS within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Note that the following conditions must be met in order to successfully process a refund or an exchange:

1) Clothing items must be in the original condition and have all tags, labels and extra buttons still attached.

2) You must ensure that all items are free of any odor caused by the environment, storage etc.

3) The product must not display any signs of use. Examples of this include: perfume scent or stains, makeup, food stains or perspiration marks.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject a full refund.
If you have requested an alternative size as opposed to a full refund, please note that we will try to fulfill your request providing the desired size is still in stock. If out of stock, we will automatically issue a full refund.
We cannot currently offer store credit.
A full refund can only be issued into your original payment method.
Please be considerate of other customers who may purchase your returned item/items by doing your utmost to pack your returned garment neatly.
